Rooms
Two bedrooms are available, each accommodating two adults. Each bedroom has its own private patio. A sofa trundle can also accommodate one adult or two small children. The main living area and each of the bedrooms have their own dedicated air conditioning units.
The beautifully designed, open flow of the main areas is perfect for sharing time together. The outside dining table on the main patio extends the space even more, allowing you to comfortably spread out.
The shared outdoor space includes a pool, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill.
Amenities
This newly built, second floor condo features high-end finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped for in-unit cooking and dining and there is a BBQ Grill available next to the pool. WIFI, satellite TV, and local phone are included, as are air conditioning and parking. There's even a washer & dryer in the unit so you can pack lightly.
It is a short 250 meter (273 yard) walk to the beautiful beach where you can swim, snorkel right from the beach, or just enjoy the sunshine.
A variety of restaurants, bars, and beach clubs on West Bay Beach are just a short walk away. The West Bay golf club is just minutes away, as is Gumbalimba Park.
Rates & Services
Daily rates vary, based on the time of year. 25% will be charged at the time of booking and the balance 60 days prior to arrival.
Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged at an additional fee. A stop at the grocery store can be included upon request.
Local transportation can also be arranged on an as needed basis.
We can also assist in arranging excursions as well as private chef and massage services.
